This season at Gareth Pugh I have been working on finale showpieces for the AW13 collection.
Made from bin bags, precisely cut, woven and knotted by hand.
"There isn't a bin bag left in E8!" laughed Pugh.
These particular ones were selected from the Dalston one-pound shop near his studio in London.
Trash transformed into treasure.

Textiles made from hand torn strips of silk chiffon and gaza sewn together in a repeat linear pattern.

This season i've been interning for knitwear designer Craig Lawrence at his studio in Somerset House.
The collection is inspired by the british seaside, photography by Martin Parr
and Craig's childhood holidays to the seaside town of Felixstowe.
